Parameter for the customization of ellipsis

Instead of always putting "..." in between windows, allow people to pass it as an option. Ex: <span class="yadda">...</span>

How about I make it like this by default?
<span class="gap">…</span>I could easily add an option to customize it, but who would use it? The view helper has too many options already. If I enclosed it in a span by default then no customization is needed because you can target it with a CSS selector and style away to your heart's desire.
