Will Paginate: cleanup finder.rb code. BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: "paginate_active_developers" is no longer translated to "find_all_active_developers", but to "find_active_developers". The "all" bit is added ONLY in names that are in the form of AR dynamic finders, eg. "find_by_something".
