[patch] XFN additions

I've been working on some hcard/xfn stuff lately, and had a couple ideas for mofo's XFN support. I've tentatively added two features:
- use a link's title attribute for the name if it exists
- if there is a rel="me next" link, follow the href and
try to load XFN links from that url (per
http://microformats.org/wiki/hca...)

FYI, this patch is out-of-date. I've made significant changes to the code and added "prev" link support as well. Once I manage to get my tests running I'll post a new patch with the code and tests.
