[PATCH] Update pagination_links_each in Classic Pagination to be consistent with Rails Pagination

The classic_pagination plugin changes the Rails pagination interface of pagination_links_each():
# original Rails interface
pagination_links_each(paginator, options)
# Classic Pagination plugin interface
pagination_links_each(paginator, options, prefix, suffix)
This causes problems when custom code has been written that depends on the original interface. The patch attached simply sets the prefix and suffix to default to nil:
pagination_links_each(paginator, options, prefix = nil, suffix = nil)
