Tests not passing

Reported by August Lilleaas | July 20th, 2007 @ 01:12 PM

Having issues making the tests pass. When running the test, I get 11 faliures, because Gibberish.languages is just an empty array. If I set the RAILS_ROOT in the test to "../" instead of ".", it's just two failing tests left.

Oh, an update. I run the test directly as a ruby script, not through any rake tasks or what not.

Should be fixed in [292], let me know if not.

Yep, at least the relative path thingies. Still got these, though:

    Finished in 0.239007 seconds.

    1) Failure:

    test_spec:163

    <"\302\241Bienvenido amigo!"> expected but was

    <"\241Bienvenido amigo!">.

    2) Failure:

    test_spec:186

    <"\302\241Bienvenido amigo!"> expected but was

    <"\241Bienvenido amigo!">.

Charset issues, I guess. Not a clue on how to fix that, if I had I'd suggest a fix \o/

So, our upside down exclamation points do not match.

What kind of system are you running on?

I'm running on OS X 10.4, using a self-compiled ruby 1.8.6. Anything else you need to know about it?

    Doh, forgot about this ticket.

Will look into this -- I have the same setup as you. No clue what the deal is.

Sounds good. Don't hesitate poking me if you want me to do stuff on my box to figure out whatever you need to figure out about my box.
