Need help downloading will_paginate

Hi,
I am having severe trouble trying to install will_paginate, I keep getting this "unable to establish connection with host as the target machine actively refused it"
I tried downloading through tortoise svn too but with the same result.
Could you please let me know if there is an alternative way to get the plugin like, a zipped version?
Please do help me.

No problem, I just got the access to the repository and installed the plugin.

You may face problems if you're behind a firewall that rejects svn traffic on 3690/tcp. Try to connect to the svn server manually (eg. with `telnet errtheblog.com 3690`)...
