[PATCH] Allow sessions to be stored on a different MemCache server

This patch adds a configuration setting to put sessions on a different MemCache server (meaning not the same memcache as fragments and models).
This is my first attempt. I'm not sure if this behaviour is too special for a general cache_fu plugin. But if others are interested I could write some tests and polish it.
