WillPaginate::Finder::ClassMethods breaks respond_to?

WillPaginate::Finder::ClassMethods respond_to? method should have two arguments - as it stands, it's breaking some of my ActiveRecord code. Patch is attached.

(from [262]) will_paginate: give respond_to? two arguments to prevent breakage [James] [#39 state:resolved]
